4. ඇණවුම් සහ ගෙවීම් (Orders & Payments)
වාරික සේවාවන් සඳහා වන ගෙවීම් ආරක්ෂිත ගෙවීම් පද්ධති හරහා සිදු කළ යුතුය. සැක සහිත ගනුදෙනු හෝ වැරදි තොරතුරු සහිත ඇණවුම් අවලංගු කිරීමේ අයිතිය අප සතුය.
Payments must be made through our secure providers. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.
5. මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීමේ ප්රතිපත්තිය (Refund Policy)
- අපගේ සේවාවන් ඩිජිටල් නිෂ්පාදන (Digital Goods) බැවින්, ගෙවීම් කළ පසු සාමාන්යයෙන් මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවනු නොලැබේ.
- කෙසේ වෙතත්, තාක්ෂණික දෝෂයක් හේතුවෙන් සේවාව ලබා ගැනීමට නොහැකි වූ අවස්ථාවකදී හෝ අත්වැරදීමකින් දෙවරක් ගෙවීම් සිදු වූ අවස්ථාවකදී, දින 7ක් ඇතුළත අපව දැනුවත් කිරීමෙන් පසු මුදල් ආපසු ලබා ගත හැක.
- Since our products are digital, they are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only considered for technical failures or accidental duplicate payments reported within 7 days.

7. වගකීම සීමා කිරීම (Limitation of Liability)
වෙබ් අඩවිය භාවිතා කිරීමෙන් හෝ භාවිතා කිරීමට නොහැකි වීමෙන් සිදුවන කිසිදු සෘජු හෝ වක්ර හානියක් සම්බන්ධයෙන් Kendaraya.lk හෝ එහි කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය වගකීමක් දරනු නොලැබේ.
In no event shall Kendaraya.lk be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the website.
